My experience with Twitter has been good for the most part, though there are highly political times where it becomes too overwhelming to use with raw footage of violent acts and stories of abuse everywhere you swipe. Regardless of that, I mostly interact with my friends and random people who like the same music as me. We sometimes get into debates and discussions on certain projects and express our anticipation for music to come from our favorite artists. This is beneficial for me because it keeps me up to date on the latest of things from celebrity news and new albums to the latest happenings around the world. Hi, Blogger! I’m MAY ZHUH and I’m a junior studying education at Florida State University. My number one aspiration in life is to learn all that I possibly can so that I can live a good life and provide a better life for the generations that come after me. Blog Post 4

In this blog post, I will be discussing common standards for American schools. The ELA technology standards I decided to focus on are the ones for Kindergarten since that is the grade level I am looking to teach. The standards for Kindergarten are to introduce them to digital resources that allow them to produce and publish written documents and comparing them to their peers’ works. I personally do feel as though I can implement this standard into teaching as I am incredibly familiar with writing digitally through MS Word and other word processing programs. The tool I chose to speak on from the CPALMS kindergarten toolkit was the visual arts standard on discussing personal choices in creating art. I would use this in my classroom to give my students an opportunity to get exposed to art and art interpretations so that they can begin to understand artists.
